We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days.  (Please note during exceptionally busy times this may increase to 10 working days - we apologise for this but due to the nature of our products it can take longer to carefully pack each item.)  Once ready all orders are dispatched on a next-day delivery service.

UK MAINLAND (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCILLY ISLES AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS):

Orders of £350 (excluding VAT) or more, of in stock items are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.  However, we do reserve the right to charge additional carriage on bulky items if necessary. Due to surcharges levied by our couriers items of 100cm size and larger are classed as bulky items and therefore may be subject to additional carriage charges and may be shipped with alternative couriers if necessary.

Some bulky items are only available on a pallet order due to their size.  An order of £750 (excluding VAT) qualifies for pallet delivery - delivery exceptions and additional charges may apply. Additional charges are calculated on an order by order basis and are dependent on postcode area. We can provide carriage quotations upon request and will never ship an order without confirming any such charges. Pallet orders can be shipped under £750 (excluding VAT) but only when the full carriage cost is covered by the customer.

For orders of less than £350 carriage is charged at the following rate for a next day service:
£9.00 for the first box, and £4.50 per box thereafter. We will contact you with shipping costs prior to dispatch.

EIRE, NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, SCILLY ISLES, CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS:

Delivery is charged at cost and calculated on an order by order basis.  Please contact us if you require a shipping quote.
