Prices
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, and are exclusive of VAT. All prices are correct at time of publication. Whilst we try to keep prices stable they are subject to change with immediate effect. Prices on date of invoice will stand. Please note: EC customers from outside the UK - please provide your VAT number when ordering, or VAT will be added to your order at the current rate.
All sale prices are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Payment Terms / Credit Accounts
Credit facilities are offered by arrangement only - pro-forma payment is required on your first three orders. We will contact all new customers without a live credit account, on receipt of your order to discuss payment - we are able to accept payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card (we welcome Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Visa Delta). Please note, payment by cheque is not accepted. Orders will be held for five working days once a pro-forma invoice has been sent. Failure to pay within this time frame will lead to the order being cancelled.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment of each invoice is due within 30 days of the date of invoice. Time for payment is of the essence. All sums are exclusive of VAT, which the Customer shall pay in addition at the prevailing rate.
Interest on late payment
If the Customer fails to pay any sum due by the due date, we are entitled to charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate from time to time. Interest accrues daily from the due date until the date of actual payment, whether before or after judgment.
Statutory compensation and costs
We are also entitled to claim fixed-sum compensation for debt recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, together with any further reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue sums, including legal and debt collection fees.
Suspension and credit control
Where any invoice remains unpaid after its due date, we may, without liability and without prejudice to our other rights: (a) suspend or cancel further deliveries; (b) withdraw or reduce any credit limit; (c) require payment in advance for future orders; and (d) treat all outstanding invoices as immediately due and payable.
Disputed invoices
The Customer must notify us in writing of any invoice query within 5 working days of the invoice date, giving reasons. The Customer must pay any undisputed portion by the due date. A dispute over part of an invoice does not entitle the Customer to withhold the remainder.
No set-off
The Customer shall pay all sums due in full without set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding, except as required by law.
Retention of title
Ownership of the goods remains with us until we have received payment in full for them and for all other sums owed by the Customer. Until then the Customer holds the goods as bailee, must store them separately and identifiably, and must allow us to inspect and repossess them if payment is overdue.
Minimum Order Value
UK MAINLAND (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCILLY ISLES AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS): Minimum order level is £100 (of in stock items).
EIRE, NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, SCILLY ISLES, CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS: Minimum order level is £350 (of in stock items).
Back Orders
We can keep out of stock items on a back order but items will only be shipped on as part of a minimum value order, and carriage charges will be applicable as per our standard delivery charges.

Returns / Damages
Sunlover must be notified of any breakages or shortages within 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) of receipt of goods.
All breakages must be reported with the following information to sales@sunlover-uk.com :
- photo of damage
- invoice number
- item code.
Damages or returns will result in a credit note being raised to your account. We do not issue cash refunds unless in the case of account closure.
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or credit on the following:
- items returned after 28 days
- damaged items not notified to us within 5 days of receipt
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
Any returns must be returned and re-packed in their original packaging, suitable for delivery. We can only offer credits on items received as sold.
Sunlover is under no obligation to accept the return of any item ordered and delivered in accordance with our terms and conditions. A 10% administrative fee will be chargeable on all such returns.
Descriptions
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided, the majority of items are hand-made from natural materials, and may vary slightly from details or colours specified. All measurements given are approximate.
Selling Online
Selling our products online via sites such as, but not limited to, Amazon, Etsy, eBay and OnBuy can only be done with our express permission. We currently have enough online selling representatives so will not permit any additional online retailers to do so. We reserve the right to ask for our products to be removed, without reason or explanation. Failure to comply to these terms may result in your account being suspended.

Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
